Finished Oral Care Product Manufacturing

We assemble, test and package manual and powered oral-care products using components you supply, or components produced through our own tooling, injection molding and bristle tufting operations. Choose standalone assembly and finishing, or combine this stage into a broader OEM/ODM program — one team coordinates the full scope.

Finishing & Assembly
What This Operation Covers

From components to retail-ready oral care products

Commission final assembly on its own, or hand us a wider scope that starts at the mold. The same finishing, testing and packaging standards apply either way.

Assembly & finishing only

For buyers who already have a finished design and their own components.

  • Incoming inspection & kitting against your BOM
  • Assembly to approved drawings and work instructions
  • Functional & cosmetic inspection
  • Product packaging and export packing

Integrated product manufacturing

For programs that combine upstream operations under one team.

How This Stage Runs

From kitted components to packed, released units

01

Incoming inspection & kitting

Check incoming components against the agreed BOM and inspection requirements, then prepare production kits.

02

Assembly

Assemble manual or powered products according to approved drawings, work instructions and product specifications.

03

Functional & cosmetic testing

Perform the agreed functional, appearance and sealing checks based on the product design and inspection plan.

04

Packaging & final release

Verify configuration, labels and packaging against the applicable final-inspection requirements before release.

Quality at This Stage

Quality at final assembly

Finished products are inspected against agreed requirements before packaging and release. Product-specific inspection plans define the functional, cosmetic, sealing and packaging checks, with batch records maintained under the applicable production and quality procedures.

  • Functional checks for applicable powered products (charging, battery, motor/vibration, switch)
  • Sealing / leak checks where required by product design and the test plan
  • Cosmetic inspection for scratches, contamination and assembly defects
  • Incoming inspection of customer-supplied or in-house components
  • Final sampling against agreed acceptance (AQL) criteria before shipment
  • Batch traceability across assembly, testing, packaging and the shipped carton
Buyer Questions

Commissioning finished-product manufacturing

How standalone assembly and integrated programs work.

Can I outsource final assembly only?
Yes. Assembly and finishing can be commissioned as a standalone service. You keep your product design and upstream suppliers; we handle incoming inspection, assembly, agreed testing, packaging and export packing.
Can you assemble using customer-supplied components?
Yes. We assemble from customer-supplied components and semi-finished parts, as well as from components made through our own molding and tufting operations. All incoming parts are checked against the agreed BOM and inspection requirements.
What information do you need to quote an assembly project?
Send a BOM, product drawings or specification, a sample where possible, target volumes, and your packaging requirements. We then confirm assembly scope, the product-specific test plan, packaging and lead time.
Which functional and packaging tests are available?
Testing is defined per product: charging, battery, motor/vibration and switch checks apply to powered products; sealing/leak checks apply where the design requires; cosmetic checks and final AQL sampling apply across the range. Retail, gift-set and export packaging are all supported.

Turning components into finished oral care products?

Share your BOM, drawings or product sample. We’ll review your assembly scope, testing requirements and packaging needs — whether you require finishing only, or a more integrated manufacturing program.
