R&D & Engineering Capability
Product development that stays inside the factory group. Our engineering team runs DFM review, 3D/CAD design, FEA and prototyping alongside the people who actually build the tooling, mold the parts and test the finished product — so a design is validated for production, not just approved on paper.

From a concept to a manufacturable, validated product
For OEM and ODM oral-care programs, engineering is the thread that connects a drawing or a sample to repeatable production. We review manufacturability before tooling is cut, build and test prototypes, and design the fixtures that hold parts during molding, assembly and inspection.
Verification is not handed to an outside lab after the fact. An in-house engineering test lab runs dimensional, force, life, sealing and environmental checks during development, feeding results straight back into design and process decisions.
- DFM review and material selection before tooling
- 3D/CAD development and FEA structural simulation
- Mold-insert and product prototyping, 3D-printed iteration parts
- Custom test-fixture and jig design for production & QC
- In-house dimensional, reliability, sealing and environmental verification
One engineering team, from design to production release
DFM & specification
Review the drawing or sample, confirm function and target spec, and resolve moldability, assembly and tolerance risks up front.
Design & simulation
3D/CAD development with structural simulation, plus mold-insert and fixture design ready for the tooling stage.
Prototyping & verification
3D-printed and molded prototypes are checked for dimension, force, life, sealing and environmental performance in-house.
Pilot & release
A pilot run validates fixtures and process settings; results are documented before handover to volume production.
Verify the design before committing to steel
Geometry and material behavior are checked early — on screen, on prototypes and on precision measurement equipment — so problems are corrected at the design stage rather than on the production floor.

Coordinate Measuring (CMM)
Three-dimensional inspection of mold components and critical parts against drawing dimensions.

Video Measuring Microscope
Magnified inspection of fine features, tuft geometry and surface details shown live on screen.

CAD · FEA · 3D Prototypes
3D design, stress simulation and rapid 3D-printed iterations before tooling is cut.
Push products through the cycles consumers can't see
Dedicated rigs repeat the forces, presses, strokes and environmental exposure of real use, helping engineering confirm durability before a design is released.

Tensile / Compression Testing
A computer-controlled universal tester measures pull and push force on components and assemblies.

Force Verification
Vertical force testing with results recorded for design and first-article sign-off.

Brush-Head Life Testing
Automated cycling of the brush head against a jaw model to evaluate wear over repeated use.

Switch / Button Life Testing
Dual-station rig repeatedly presses power and mode switches to check endurance and feel.
Watertight performance, aged on purpose
Electric oral-care products live near water and travel through harsh logistics. Sealing rigs and environmental chambers verify resistance and stability under controlled conditions.

Air-Tightness Testing
Dual-station leak tester checks housings and assemblies for seal integrity under pressure.

Vacuum Sealing Tester
Vacuum-water method detects leaks in sealed products and packaging.

Sealing Performance Rig
Benchtop sealing instrument with settable vacuum and timing for repeatable checks.

Constant Temp & Humidity Chamber
Programmable chamber ages products under controlled temperature and humidity.

UV Aging Chamber
UV exposure evaluates material aging and yellowing resistance over time.
One accountable team through design review and pilot
Your program is reviewed in structured engineering and project meetings, with sample products and tooling on hand. Design, tooling, quality and production decisions are coordinated together — so feedback from a prototype or a pilot run is acted on quickly, not relayed through a third party.
- Design review and DFM feedback before tooling commitment
- Prototype and first-article sign-off with inspection records
- Custom test fixtures built for your product, not generic checks
- Pilot-run validation before volume production release
- A single engineering and program contact across the group

Bring us a drawing, a sample or a target spec
Our engineering team reviews manufacturability, confirms the validation plan and comes back with a practical development path — a single component or a full custom ODM program.
