Precision Injection Molding

Stable production for high-quality oral-care components. Our injection operation molds handles, brush-head bases and device housings in food- and medical-grade polymers — on robotic presses running consistent, monitored cycles, inside a dehumidified workshop built for clear and white dental-grade parts.

What This Operation Covers

Repeatable molding for small, detailed oral-care parts

Oral-care components are small, high-precision and produced in high volumes — toothbrush handles, brush-head bases and necks, and the housings of facial and powered devices. Cosmetic quality matters: flash, weld lines, sink marks or off-tone white/clear parts are rejected before they ever reach assembly.

Across a fleet of 280+ professional presses in an 80–350 tonne range, every press uses robotic part extraction for unmanned, consistent cycles. PC, transparent and white dental parts run in a dedicated dehumidified workshop, and in-process dimensional checks plus per-batch parameter monitoring keep output stable from first shot to last.

  • PC, PP, ABS, TPE and transparent medical-grade polymers
  • Toothbrush handles, brush-head bases, facial-device housings
  • Precision micro-components and multi-color / insert molding
  • Dehumidified workshop for PC, transparent and white dental parts
  • Robotic part extraction on every press for stable, unmanned cycles

How This Stage Runs

From dried resin to checked, traceable parts

01

Material prep & drying

Dehumidifying drying of PC and hygroscopic grades, with color, recipe and lot control before molding.

02

Injection molding

Parts run on 80–350 T presses with temperature, pressure and cycle parameters monitored per batch.

03

Robotic extraction & degating

Robotic take-out on every press, automatic sprue separation and protected handling to avoid cosmetic damage.

04

In-process checks & handover

Dimensional and cosmetic checks against the approved part, then batch-linked handover to finishing.

Quality at This Stage

Cosmetic and dimensional stability, batch after batch

Oral-care parts are judged up close. We control moisture, process parameters and cavity consistency so clear parts stay clear, whites stay white, and dimensions hold across the run.

  • First-article and per-batch dimensional & cosmetic checks against the approved drawing
  • Dehumidified material drying for PC and transparent / white dental-grade parts
  • Temperature, pressure and cycle parameters recorded and monitored per batch
  • Flash, short-shot and weld-line control on A-class cosmetic surfaces
  • Cavity-to-cavity consistency checks for multi-cavity molds
  • Batch traceability linked to mold, material lot and production run
